Role Overview
The Data Entry Operator (DEO) is responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering data into systems, and supporting administrative functions within the Education Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in government portals, MIS systems, and databases
- Maintain student, staff, and academic records
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports
- Handle digital documentation and file management
- Assist in office administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of official data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
- Good typing speed (30–40 WPM preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with online portals and data management systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic English & Hindi communication skills
