Role Overview

The Data Entry Operator (DEO) is responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering data into systems, and supporting administrative functions within the Education Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in government portals, MIS systems, and databases
  • Maintain student, staff, and academic records
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Generate reports
  • Handle digital documentation and file management
  • Assist in office administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality of official data

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
  • Good typing speed (30–40 WPM preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with online portals and data management systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic English & Hindi communication skills

  • 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
